Geraldine & Henry Adelman

Geraldine "Jerry" and Henry were highly engaged in the restaurant business in Terre Haute. Over time, they acquired and ran The Trianon, Toastie Shop, Steak n' Shake, and Henri's. The Adelman's strived to not only provide quality food but also excellent customer service. Jerry and Henry were regularly conversing with guests like friends.

After their death, Jerry and Henry's three children, Sharon, Bruce, and Barry, set up a memorial fund in honor of their parents. They wanted to ensure that the passion their parents had for the Terre Haute community lived on. Now the Adelman's will continue to give back to the community they loved for years to come.
